Quick and simple information on how we love to brew our coffee using some different, popular brewing methods!

1:2 ratio (adjust for your basket size)
We use a 20g dose and 40g yield in our 20g baskets
Look to run shots between 27-32 seconds -
1:17 Ratio
We use 16g of coffee to 250g of water
30-45 sec bloom with agitation to ensure even extraction
Total brew time 2:30 -
11g of coffee to 200g of water
Pour 200g water over coffee, wetting evenly
Wait 2 minutes, then swirl aeropress
Wait another 30 secs, then press slowly
Total brew time 3:20 -
17g of coffee to 150g of water
Fill the base with water, just below the valve
Add coffee to the filter basket, leveling evenly
assemble the Mokapot, set it on low heat
Wait until you hear the gurgle, then remove from heat
Let the brew settle for 30 secs before serving
Total brew time 4:00 -
60g of coffee to 500g of water
Combine coffee and water, stirring to saturate
Cover and let it sit in the fridge (12hours for black, up to 24hours for concentrate)
Strain through a fine filter
Serve over ice, or dilute with water or milk
