Taste notes: Pineapple & strawberry liqueur with soft citrus notes and a brown sugar undertone.

Annual Rainfall: 1900-2200 mm 

This coffee was grown by Jairo Arcila at the farm Villarazo. Hand-picking only the ripest coffee cherries, which were then fermented for 40 hours in an anaerobic environment. Afterwards, the coffee was sun dried until ideal moisture content was achieved, bringing out a delicious tropical flavour profile.

This micro-lot is 100% Java. A natural mutation of Typica originating in Ethiopia.
